OH-MY-GOD. This took 3 whole dayssssss. I've never used Flash in my LIFE >_> And I never want to again. XD Just animating it and applying music took longer than actually drawing the thing. x____x

ANYWAY It's Germany!(Ludwig) from Axis Powers Hetalia! 8D I did :iconyuumei:'s Dance Dance Meme she made after making the awesome dancing America-san! [link]
